We stand behind every interview. If you feel a scorecard didn't reflect your bar, contact your success manager. We'll review the session recording, recalibrate, and offer a complimentary re-interview if warranted.
After the interview, feedback is consolidated into a clear evaluation format. Hiring teams can review results, compare candidates, and make decisions without needing multiple rounds of discussion.
